offering shears, presses, and material handling systems

The Cleveland, Ohio based AES manufacturing plant has
65,000 sq. ft. of floor space with many heavy cranes with
lifting capacity up to 50 tons. A portion of this facility
is devoted to the rebuilding of hydraulic or mechanical
bar and billet shears, hydraulic presses, mechanical forging
presses, and other related equipment.
Single source supply for bar handling equipment ensures
that all aspects of a system can be coordinated by one
company experienced in the needs of processing heavy materials.

Beyond this engineering
support, AES provides field service,
installation support combined with programming,
training and assistance in instructing the
proper use of products we supply.
AES is also prepared to discuss the
trade in of used or surplus forge
related equipment no longer required or
as a potential rebuilt product. Storage space
is
also available in many of the heavy
crane bays.
